GoJet Flight Attendant Coaching:Those selected for employment should successfully complete a paid training plan at our Coaching Center in St. Louis, MO. Training includes classroom function, homework and coaching flights. This may require some coaching on the weekends.
Coaching consists of aircraft familiarization, city codes, regulatory announcements, beverage service, emergency procedures, first aid, etc. Progress in learning is evaluated by written and practical examination. A minimum passing score of 80% must be maintained all through the whole coaching session.
Flight attendants will probably be awarded a schedule according to seniority and must be able to function any shift, any day, or any hour. Overnights are required and might be multiple days in length. Scheduled minimum nine days off per month. Schedules are bid one to 3 months in advance.
As a Flight Attendant with Go Jet, uniforms are required to be worn whilst on duty and will be ordered throughout coaching. The flight attendant is responsible for 50% of the uniform price, if remain employed with GoJet for one year. Uniform expenses may be payroll deducted. If employment is less than 1 year, 100% of the uniform cost will be the flight attendant’s responsibility.
